All Adults must present a valid photo ID. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express accepted.
Please note:

Queen rooms- 2 people in total including children.
Doubles rooms 4 people in total including children.

General Policy: All adults valid photo ID, Major credit card
Additional Fees or Fines: A $100.00 room deposit applies to all rooms in addition to the pricing for the night. A small $1.50 utility recovery fee per night will be included in your bill. $250 fine for smoking in a room (all rooms are non-smoking)
Damages: Shall be taken from the deposit paid. If the damages exceed the deposit, the card shall be charged for the additional amount.
Tax Rate: 12%
Full Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice or charged in full for first night. No Shows shall also be charged in full for the first night.
Pet Policy: No Pets.
Pet Types Allowed: Service Dogs ONLY
Cost Per Night Per Pet: Not Applicable.
Maximum Pet Allowance: 0
Additional Pet Policies: Service Dogs Welcome with Current Licensing & Vaccination records, No Emotional Support Animals.
Smoking Policy: No Smoking
